This studio and its creative division Systemic Reaction is looking for a UI Programmer to join a top-tier, experienced team to help implement the User Interface for Generation Zero.
As a UI Programmer on this project you will work with designers and artists to conceive of and implement elements of how the game is presented to the player. Your work will involve working with game code to enable the UI Design and Art teams to create a compelling and fantastic UI.
Particularly for this role, it is critical that you see your responsibility as delivering a successful end-user experience, together with your team-mates, rather than just handing off technological solutions to content creators. Previous experience working with multiple systems and stakeholders is a definite advantage. Finally, as with any other programming role, you will have to be able to balance functional and aesthetic requirements with technical requirements in the areas of performance, stability, memory usage, interoperability.
Located in Malmo in Sweden, working remotely then moving back in house when they are able to. So this will be an in house role.
