About the position
As a member of their Platform team, you will be actively involved in optimizing our platform and driving growth. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user onboarding strategies, ensuring that users have a seamless and positive experience when joining their platform.
Your responsibilities;
You will also encompass user provisioning and billing, where you will collaborate with payment integration to streamline payment processes, oversee user management and implement features to tailor experiences for different user segments.
Furthermore, your core duties will be to enhance platform security and user privacy as well as user authentication through Cognito, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Your expertise in API key management will be crucial in safeguarding our services and protecting sensitive data.

They started to work on their main product almost two years ago with a very small team of engineers (BE and FS). They now have a functional product, that they develop, push forward and improve constantly. While they know, they have a long way to go, to bring our product to where they want it to be, they also have to be mindful of our existing userbase, which is also really involved with them and provides great feedback for each update and new feature they roll out.
