This studio the leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile world, with 249 million monthly active users globally as of fourth quarter 2019 across web, social and mobile platforms. This company was acquired by Activision Blizzard Inc. (Nasdaq ATVI) in February 2016 and operates as an independent unit of the company.
They are looking for a Senior Technical Artist to work on some of the biggest games in the mobile games industry.
As a Senior Technical Artist, you will work directly with artists and developers helping to identify and solve problems, optimize workflows and game footprints and push the boundaries and visuals of our globally successful games.
Previous experience creating mobile games preferable.
knowledge of one major 3D software packages (Maya preferred).
Experience with character rigging for animation
Excellent Python knowledge and scripting ability.
Experience in creating various game content (animations/modelling/vfx etc).
Understanding of GLSL or similar shading language
Experienced in working in an Agile / Scrum environment
Good Knowledge of typical development languages (C++, rust).
Good knowledge of mathematics and physics (vector calculus, linear algebra).
This role is located in any of their London, Berlin or Malmo studios. Working remotely initially then moving back in house when they are able to (looking at end of the year for this).
